Although I have always been aware of how our lifestyle choices impact our health, it took a much needed wake up call to make me really address the need to take control and work towards improving my health.
My research led me to investigating the benefits of eating a diet rich in whole foods, legumes, nuts, vegetables, fruits, healthy protein and fat sources, and the game changer for me, fermented foods.
I have first hand experience of the difference this kind of diet can make along with the benefits of exercise, mindfulness and stress reduction.
I personally have reversed several health issues and honestly have never felt better!
I have been inspired on my journey by many other wonderful people who have shared their knowledge and passion for wellness and I now feel the time has come for me to share what I have learned, and continue to learn on this journey.
Good health really is the greatest gift and we have it in our power to give this gift to ourselves and others.
