I’m happy to customise workshops to suit individuals or small groups.

Unique workshops, tailored to your individual interests.

This may be a mix of practical sessions, a hands-on workshop followed by a lunch bursting with diversity points and ideas of how to put meals together to maximise health benefits or perhaps its spending time prepping healthy foods for you to take home.

Eating 30 different plants a week can boost the diversity of your gut microbiome which in turn, can boost your overall health. Achieving 30 plants a week may seem daunting but I can offer practical suggestions on how to do this in addition to explaining the importance of doing so.
