In this hands on workshop, I will guide you through the process of how to make delicious sauerkraut and fermented vegetables.

There are many benefits of incorporating these wonderful gut healthy foods in your diet.

Fermented foods are fabulous for your gut microbiome.

They are a rich source of readily available nutrients and antioxidants and offer both prebiotics and probiotics as well as many other benefits.

During the workshop you learn more about the importance of including these wonderful anti-inflammatory foods in your diet.

You will get to sample a selection of tasty ferments, before leaving with your own freshly made sauerkraut and the knowledge of how to recreate these foods safely at home.
